Artistic Show

To unleash imagination and confidence by guiding children to create and perform their own show — whether through theatre, dance, concert, or choreography — while strengthening teamwork, self-expression and joy in front of an audience.

All activities are adapted and customised to the chosen theme, as well as to the child’s personal tastes and lifestyle.

The Artistic Show is all about expression and collaboration. Children are invited to explore their creativity through role play, choreography, concert, or small theatre acts inspired by the chosen theme. With props and accessories collected along the way, every team brings their unique performance to life in front of their peers.

• Kids are split into teams, each guided by their monitor.

  Every team follows a trail of creative stations, where they collect themed props and accessories.

  At each stop, they must complete a mini-challenge to unlock the next prop.

  Once all props are gathered, teams use them to rehearse their act — it can be a play, choreography, or even a mini concert.

• ​Each team performs on stage, and every child receives a themed prize to celebrate their participation.

Gathering Circle

The experience begins with everyone gathering in a circle. Introductions are made, and each child gets a sticker with their name. To set the mood, they also receive a first themed accessory to wear — instantly creating excitement and a sense of belonging. Teams are then formed, each guided by a monitor, ready to begin their creative journey.
 

Into the Creativity

Once the teams are ready, the artistic trail begins. At every stop, they complete a fun challenge that unlocks a new prop or inspiration: it can be a costume piece, a musical instrument, or a creative hint. Each step builds anticipation, while children encourage one another and start imagining their performance together.
 

Showcase Time

Once all stations are complete, teams prepare a short choreography or performance inspired by a chosen song, using the accessories they’ve earned along the way.
 

Rehearsal Time

After collecting all their props, teams gather in their rehearsal space. With the support of their monitor, they brainstorm ideas, decide on their format — play, choreography, concert, or mini-theatre — and start practising.

Showtime Moment

The highlight of the activity: each team steps onto the stage and performs their act for other teams. The performances are filled with energy and joy. Applause and celebration make every child feel like a star.

Birthday Feast

No adventure ends without food and celebration. Each child receives a themed lunch bag — customised to match the party’s chosen theme — with everything they need for a proper meal. It can be enjoyed as lunch, snack or dinner, depending on the timing of the party. Families can also choose the alternative of a shared picnic-style feast, where all children gather around the table to enjoy food together.

Cake

To close the day with the sweetest memory, we can also provide the birthday cake, making sure the celebration ends with everyone singing “happy birthday”.

• Name Stickers - so every performer is easy to recognise.

• Themed Accessories & Props – linked to the chosen theme, collected at each station to inspire the final act.

• Creative Challenge Cards – fun mini-games and prompts that spark ideas for the performance.

• Challenge Materials – all items needed for the artistic activities (costumes, instruments, decorative elements, etc.).

• Rehearsal Spaces – a dedicated area for each team to prepare and practise their show.

• Stage Area – a central space set up for the final performance moment.

• Prizes – every child receives a themed prize to celebrate their participation and creativity.

• Lunch (optional) – a customised bag for each child, adapted to the chosen theme (lunch, snack or dinner). Possibility to have food in a communal style instead of individual lunch bags.

• Birthday Cake (optional)  – we can also provide the themed cake.

• Monitors – one monitor per team, bringing energy, fun and safety throughout the adventure.

Timeframe
The full activity lasts 1h45, followed by the party celebration.

Team Structure
We always keep it safe and organised with one monitor per team:

• Up to 15 kids → 2 monitors

• 15–19 kids → 3 monitors

• 20–29 kids → 4 monitors

• 30 kids → 6 monitors

Pricing

All our parties are fully customised, so the price per child is indicative only. Final costs may vary depending on factors such as catering, decoration, cake, location, and specific requirements.

• 15€ to 35€/child

A minimum of 10 children applies.
