Arts & Music Festival

Objective

To recreate the lively atmosphere of a real festival — where children can explore, create and perform in a day filled with art, music and imagination.
The Festival activity transforms an outdoor space into a colourful playground of creativity, encouraging teamwork, self-expression and joy through hands-on workshops, performances and playful trading using the festival’s own currency — the Festival Coins.

All activities are adapted and customised to the chosen theme, as well as to the child’s personal tastes and lifestyle.

Description

Festival turns a birthday into a true open-air celebration.
Children move freely between workshops and stands — customising their own accessories, decorating the stage, joining in games or taking part in musical challenges.
Throughout the experience, they earn and spend Festival Coins at the different areas, learning through play the value of creativity, collaboration and participation.

Every moment feels alive with colour, rhythm and excitement — and by the end, the children have built something truly special together: their own mini festival.

The journey

Check-in Stall

The experience begins at the check-in stall.
Each child receives their VIP badge with name, festival wristband and a starter pack of Festival Coins.
Monitors explain how everything works — how to earn, spend and make the most of the day — and the gates open for the festival to begin.

Workshops & Stands

Children explore different creative zones such as:

Create Your Style – personalise your own cap, add glitter or festival tattoos.

Craft Workshop – “Design Your Bookmark” – create a guitar-shaped bookmark using collage and self-adhesive paper.

Decorate the Stage – build and decorate the backdrop for the final show.

Games Zone - playful physical challenges such as target throws, ring toss or balance games — quick, fun and accessible for everyone.

Music Bingo & Quiz Zone - where sound meets fun! In this area, children listen to short music clips and try to spot songs, instruments or artists on their bingo cards. Between rounds, the Quiz Master throws quick questions about music, rhythm and creativity — a lively mix of play and knowledge.

Raffles - Children can try their luck in the raffle stand with themed prizes.

Food Stall - Between activities, children can relax, chat and enjoy snacks or drinks.

These are just examples — new workshops and stands can be designed to match the child’s interests and party theme, making every festival unique.

The Stage & Showtime Moment

The experience culminates on the stage they helped decorate.
There’s karaoke, performances and spontaneous moments of celebration — the perfect finale to a day where imagination, music and fun take the spotlight.​​

Cake

To close the day with the sweetest memory, we can also provide the birthday cake, making sure the celebration ends with everyone singing “happy birthday”.

All our parties are fully customised, so the price per child is indicative only. Final costs may vary depending on factors such as catering, decoration, cake, location, and specific requirements.
