Objective

To inspire children to collaborate, think creatively, and solve challenges together while collecting the tools they need to build something extraordinary. More than just construction, the activity empowers teamwork, imagination, and the joy of turning simple resources into a themed masterpiece.

All activities are adapted and customised to the chosen theme, as well as to the child’s personal tastes and lifestyle.

Description

Building & Creativity transforms teamwork into a playful quest. Kids move through a trail of challenges, and with each one completed, they earn materials for their project. By the end, every team has gathered all the supplies they need to design, build, and decorate a creation that reflects the party’s theme. The process of collecting, building, and presenting makes the experience both exciting and memorable.

How it works

• Kids are split into teams, each guided by their own monitor.

• Every team receives a themed accessory at the start to wear during the adventure.

• Through a series of five stations, children solve challenges and collect building materials.

• Once all materials are gathered, the team works together to build and decorate their themed masterpiece.

• The experience culminates in Masterpiece Time, where each group proudly presents its creation.

• Every child is celebrated and receives a themed prize.t.

The journey

Gathering Circle

The experience begins with everyone gathering in a circle. Introductions are made, and each child gets a sticker with their name. To set the mood, they also receive a first themed accessory to wear — instantly creating excitement and a sense of belonging. Teams are then formed, each guided by a monitor, ready to begin their creative journey.

Into the Challenges

Teams follow a trail across the park. At each stop, they face a mini-game or riddle. Success earns them essential materials — from cardboard and tape to markers and decorations. Step by step, they collect everything needed to bring their ideas to life.

Building Phase

With all the materials gathered, it’s time to get creative. Teams cut, glue, tape, and construct their masterpiece, guided by imagination and teamwork.

Children add colours, themed props, and natural elements collected from the park to make their creation truly unique.

Showcase & Celebration

Each team proudly reveals its finished work to the others. Applause, laughter, and admiration turn this into a true moment of celebration.

Prize Moment

Every child receives a themed prize, ensuring they take home both memories and a reward.

Birthday Feast
No adventure ends without food and celebration. Each child receives a themed lunch bag — customised to match the party’s chosen theme — with everything they need for a proper meal. It can be enjoyed as lunch, snack or dinner, depending on the timing of the party. Families can also choose the alternative of a shared picnic-style feast, where all children gather around the table to enjoy food together.

To close the day with the sweetest memory, we can also provide the birthday cake, making sure the celebration ends with everyone singing “happy birthday”.

• Building Gear – from cardboard sheets and cartolinas to tape, scissors, cords, and everything needed to bring structures to life.

• Decoration Set – markers, paints, coloured papers, glue, and themed extras to personalise each creation.

• Station Markers – clear signs and instructions to guide teams through the resource hunt.

• Showcase & Prize Bag –the finale moment where every child presents their masterpiece and receives a themed prize.

• Lunch (optional) – a customised bag for each child, adapted to the chosen theme (lunch, snack or dinner). Possibility to have food in a communal style instead of individual lunch bags.

• Birthday Cake (optional)  – we can also provide the themed cake.

• Monitors – one monitor per team, bringing energy, fun and safety throughout the adventure.

Duration & Setup

Timeframe
The full activity lasts 1h45, followed by the party celebration.​

Team Structure
We always keep it safe and organised with one monitor per team:

• Up to 15 kids → 2 monitors

• 15–19 kids → 3 monitors

• 20–29 kids → 4 monitors

• 30 kids → 6 monitors

Pricing

All our parties are fully customised, so the price per child is indicative only. Final costs may vary depending on factors such as catering, decoration, cake, location, and specific requirements.

• 15€ to 35€/child

A minimum of 10 children applies.
