Objective

Boost teamwork, energy and fun through a series of exciting outdoor sports challenges. Every child participates, competes in a friendly spirit and celebrates together at the end.

All activities are adapted and customised to the chosen theme, as well as to the child’s personal tastes and lifestyle.

Description

An energetic celebration where kids jump into classic outdoor games with a fun twist. They’ll run, throw, balance and race through different challenges, always cheered on by their team. Each station brings something new and one of the highlights can even be a friendly football game. It’s all about movement, laughter and sharing the joy of play, with every child finishing as a champion.

How it works

• Kids are split into teams, each guided by their own monitor.

• Each team rotates through 5 sports-inspired stations around the park.

• The goal is not to beat other teams, but to complete every challenge together.

• The experience ends in a group celebration where every child receives a prize.

The journey

Gathering Circle

The adventure begins with everyone gathering in a circle. Introductions are made, and each child gets their name written on a sticker. At this moment, they also receive their athlete card and a themed accessory to wear – something that instantly makes them feel part of the team and helps us identify them throughout the party. This moment sets the spirit of energy and togetherness that will carry them through the challenges ahead.

Into the Adventure

Once the teams are ready, the circuit begins. Guided by their monitors, the children rotate through a trail of sports challenges designed to develop different abilities — from motor coordination and agility to balance, precision and teamwork. With every challenge completed, they earn a stamp for their athlete card and cheer each other on as the excitement builds.

Champion Moment

Step by step, the stamps fill up their athlete cards. The excitement peaks when the last stamp is collected and the card is complete. At this moment, every child receives a themed prize, carefully chosen to celebrate their effort and team spirit, making the moment both personal and unforgettable.

Birthday Feast

No adventure ends without food and celebration. Each child receives a themed lunch bag — customised to match the party’s chosen theme — with everything they need for a proper meal. It can be enjoyed as lunch, snack or dinner, depending on the timing of the party. Families can also choose the alternative of a shared picnic-style feast, where all children gather around the table to enjoy food together.

To close the day with the sweetest memory, we can also provide the birthday cake, making sure the celebration ends with everyone singing “happy birthday”.

  Station Cards & Markers - clear signs and instructions to guide teams through each activity.

• Podium & Prize Bag - the finale moment where every child is celebrated and receives a themed prize.

• Lunch (optional) – a customised bag for each child, adapted to the chosen theme (lunch, snack or dinner). Possibility to have food in a communal style instead of individual lunch bags.

• Birthday Cake (optional)  – we can also provide the themed cake.

• Monitors – one monitor per team, bringing energy, fun and safety throughout the adventure.

Duration & Setup

Timeframe
The full activity lasts 1h45, followed by the party celebration.

Team Structure
We always keep it safe and organised with one monitor per team:

• Up to 15 kids → 2 monitors

• 15–19 kids → 3 monitors

• 20–29 kids → 4 monitors

• 30 kids → 6 monitors

Pricing

All our parties are fully customised, so the price per child is indicative only. Final costs may vary depending on factors such as catering, decoration, cake, location, and specific requirements.

• 15€ to 35€/child

A minimum of 10 children applies.
